• Shop etiquette and Front of House duties such as: customer service, pricing, bookings

• Health Department requirements

• Taxation requirements

• History and origin of Tattooing

• Health and Safety and OH&S

• Sterilisation and Infectious Disease Control

• First Aid and Tattoo Aftercare

• Setting up and maintaining a Tattoo Studio based on Health Department Guidelines

• Stencilling – both making and applying stencils

• Tattoo Machine Maintenance and Tuning

• Applied use and maintenance of all Tattoo equipment

• Ink and Needle selections

• Basic Tattooing techniques, all practiced on synthetic skins

• Portfolio preparation
